1) Device consulting
We take care of preinstallation and secure delivery of devices. In line with our principles, we favor device suppliers that are as environmentally friendly as possible. We renew a device immediately if it breaks down.
2) PRE-INSTALLATION AND DELIVERIES
From us you get the latest software licenses, such as Microsoft and F-Secure, installed according to your needs. We also take care of the security of your devices so that you can focus fully on your own business.
3) IN-USE DEVICE SUPPORT
We provide you with the necessary device support, and we also proactively monitor device performance. We always aim to find and fix any problems before they affect your business. We also handle the device maintenance process for you.
4) RESPONSIBLE AFTER-TREATMENT
We act responsibly and ecologically throughout the life cycle of the devices, both in the selection of the devices and in their recycling. We look for reuse opportunities for refurbished devices or, if necessary, recycle them at the component level. We never crush devices, but instead look for the best possible use for them and their materials. When a device is refurbished, we take care of data security.
